Using PartyTopiie

These terms apply to the PartyTopiie consumer service operated by PLI LLC. You must be an adult with authority to place an order and provide any personal material it requires. Keep your account access private and provide accurate contact, billing, and order information.

Where affirmative agreement is required, browsing alone does not replace it. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling, and our Refund Policy explains cancellations and remedies.

We focus on the United States. Other countries may browse the site, but purchases and individual features are available only where supported. Manual custom design is still being introduced; a displayed option, sample, or price does not promise that it is currently purchasable.

What you are buying

PartyTopiie sells digital files and digital design services. Printing, physical goods, cutting, assembly, and shipping are not included. Mockups illustrate possible use and do not add physical items to an order.

Read the product’s file formats, included designs, editable elements, and technical requirements before ordering. A purchase covers the product and delivery method you select. A different delivery method or a new scope requires a separate purchase; it is not automatically included in an earlier order.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise. These are the current default base prices as of September 6, 2026:

• Graphics & Clipart: $1.99 with regular payment or 1 Party Credit.
• Party Printables using the personalizer, when available: $3.99 or 2 Party Credits.
• Manual custom design, when available: $14.99 or 10 Party Credits.
• Optional rush for manual custom design, when available: an additional $9.99 or 10 Party Credits per selected custom-design item.

An individual product or delivery option may have a different base price. Eligible free products are identified as free. Review the actual option, any selected rush charge, applicable tax, and final amount before confirming. The confirmed order amount governs your purchase; later price changes do not reprice it.

A paid product order uses either regular payment through Stripe or Party Credits for the whole order. We do not combine part cash and part Credits for the same order. If your balance is insufficient, choose regular payment or complete a separate available top-up first. Free downloads require a signed-in account and the availability conditions shown on the product. Party Printables also require a verified email address.

Applicable taxes and the final amount are disclosed at checkout. Party Credits funding and redemption are offered only where their payment and tax requirements are supported. A service or price displayed here does not by itself enable a purchase.

Party Credits and Party Balance

• Party Credits are optional prepaid value for eligible PartyTopiie purchases, not a subscription. Each $1 of pre-tax funding buys 1 Credit. Tax paid in addition does not buy Credits.
• The current top-up amounts are $20, $30, $50, and $100. Purchasing or spending Credits requires a signed-in account. Acquiring Party Printables also requires a verified email address.
• Purchased Credits join your Party Balance and do not expire. They cannot be transferred, gifted, withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or moved to another account.
• A Credits top-up is separate from a product purchase and is not ordinarily refundable for cash. Refunds required by law and payment-provider corrections are handled as applicable.
• An eligible refund of a product paid for with Credits restores the original Credits rather than creating a cash refund. If the payment that funded those Credits has been reversed or is under review, those Credits may remain unavailable while that issue is resolved.
• Any displayed savings are a comparison with the regular pre-tax price. Savings are not extra Credits, cash, or a separate refundable balance.

Personal-use license

Your purchase or free acquisition under the Digital Content License gives you permission to use the included files for your own non-commercial, personal celebration projects. It does not transfer copyright or give you an exclusive design. You may give a file to a printing service solely to produce your permitted personal copies; that service receives no right to reuse or distribute it.

You may not resell or redistribute the files, share source files or account access, sell products made with the artwork, offer it through print-on-demand, or include it in another digital product, stock library, or template for others. The license does not grant commercial use, trademark rights, or permission to use third-party protected material beyond the rights lawfully included.

Brand and character references do not imply affiliation or endorsement. A product, order, or disclaimer cannot grant rights that PartyTopiie does not hold. Contact us about any suspected rights problem.

Access, delivery, and keeping your files

Graphics downloads require either a signed-in account with access to the order or valid guest order access. Personalizing and downloading Party Printables requires a signed-in account with a verified email address. Guest access links are sent to the email saved on the order. You can save an eligible guest order to your signed-in account using valid guest order access; your account email may differ from the order email and does not need to be verified. A receipt, preview image, or product listing is not the downloadable production file.

For our ordinary refund rules, a file is treated as provided when you request an authorized download, we complete the access and file checks, and we prepare to send the file. Generating a file or issuing a download link alone does not count as delivery. Delivery does not depend on your browser finishing the download. This definition does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

When generated or custom output becomes available, its download availability period is 90 days from generation completion or the custom order becoming ready. Individual download links expire sooner; request another through your account while the file and your access remain valid. Save a local copy promptly. We do not promise permanent hosting or automatic regeneration of expired or missing files.

Personalization, custom design, and rush

You must provide accurate wording, dates, instructions, and usable files through the designated order flow. You must have permission to use the material and to provide any other person’s information or photo. Personal material is used for the order and support; separate permission is needed for public or marketing use.

Review your selections before purchasing. Do not assume you can replace instructions or edit earlier input after ordering, especially once production has begun. A new concept or additional deliverable may need a new order. Contact support about an error or unusable result.

Any standard or rush timeframe shown for an available service is an estimate based on the required material being complete and usable, unless we expressly agree otherwise. Rush is optional and applies only to the selected manual custom-design item. There is no automatic compensation or separate rush-fee refund under our ordinary policy; concerns are reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Problems, refunds, and consumer rights

Contact support@partytopiie.com if a file is incorrect, unusable, incomplete, or not delivered, or if you see an incorrect charge. We may help restore access or correct a problem, or provide an eligible refund under our Refund Policy. A full refund ends the license for the refunded files; stop using them and delete your copies, subject to any rights applicable law preserves.

Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a statutory digital-content withdrawal right applies, it is not lost merely because these terms say a file was provided. Any required express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement, and confirmation must be obtained before relying on that loss of right. Service cancellation rights may differ from digital-content rights.

Acceptable use and external services

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, share protected download links, infringe others’ rights, or submit unlawful material. We may restrict access reasonably needed to investigate fraud, payment problems, security threats, or a material breach. An unresolved funding issue may temporarily prevent new Credits transactions. Contact support to request a review.

Our guides offer creative suggestions; you remain responsible for checking your equipment, materials, printer settings, and practical safety needs. If you buy on an external retailer’s site, that retailer is responsible for its own payment, delivery, and returns.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Material changes to an accepted order require your agreement or another lawful basis; a later policy version does not silently change the price or remove rights attached to that order.
