Who is responsible for our content

PartyTopiie is operated by PLI LLC. The PartyTopiie editorial team is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining our party guides and informational pages. Our aim is to help adults plan celebrations with clear ideas, useful details, and realistic expectations.

An identified author or contributor is credited for their actual role. We do not invent professional qualifications, claim that a contributor is independent when they are not, or present collected inspiration as our own firsthand experience.

How we prepare and review content

• Check factual details against available sources, contributor information, product specifications, and relevant instructions.
• Separate documented real celebrations from styling suggestions, mockups, and illustrative ideas. We do not label a concept image as a photograph of a real event.
• Review materials, file formats, dimensions, and practical limitations when they matter to the advice. State uncertainties instead of filling gaps with guesses.
• Check that prices, availability, and purchase instructions agree with the current product or service. A guide is not a promise that a product will remain available at the same price.
• Have a human editor review content before publication, including text prepared with AI assistance.

Images, sources, and permissions

We use images and other material only where we have permission, a suitable license, ownership, or another lawful basis for the intended use. We provide relevant creator credits and source links when available and required. Credit alone does not replace permission.

Names of characters, brands, or themes may help identify an idea. Unless we expressly state otherwise, PartyTopiie is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those rights holders. A disclaimer does not grant rights to reproduce protected artwork.

AI assistance

We may use external AI services to help organize, summarize, format, or draft non-personal editorial text, including general captions and metadata. A human editor remains responsible for checking the result.

We do not send customer photos, order records, personal submission material, or other personal data to external AI services. AI must not be used to invent experiences, reviews, quotations, sources, or credentials. We explain substantial AI assistance where readers would reasonably need that context.

Commercial relationships and recommendations

PartyTopiie sells its own digital products and services. When editorial content recommends a PartyTopiie product, that commercial relationship should be clear.

If a recommendation includes an affiliate link, sponsorship, gifted item, or other material connection, we disclose it close to the recommendation or link. A policy-page disclosure alone is not enough. Payment or an incentive must not be presented as an independent endorsement.

A purchase completed on another retailer’s website is governed by that retailer’s prices, delivery arrangements, and returns policy. We do not treat demonstration ratings or sample reviews as real customer evidence, and we do not fabricate or purchase misleading reviews.

Practical guidance and safety

Our content provides creative planning guidance. Check the instructions for your actual tools, materials, printer, and venue. Adults should supervise children around balloons, small parts, cutting tools, adhesives, and decorations. Only suitable food-contact materials should touch food.

Corrections, credits, and rights concerns

Email support@partytopiie.com with the page URL, the detail you believe is incorrect, and any source or permission information that helps us review it. For a rights concern, identify the work and your connection to it; avoid sending unnecessary personal information.

We review credible reports and correct, clarify, credit, or remove material as appropriate. A material update should be reflected in the page’s update date. We do not change dates merely to make unchanged content appear new.
