Commercial Use for PartyTopiie Pros
Approved PartyTopiie Pros may use PartyTopiie digital products in permitted finished client work.
No separate commercial-license fee.
This is a plain-English guide, not the formal agreement. Read the Pro Commercial Use Terms together with the Terms of Use and Digital Content License.
Who Gets Commercial Use
Commercial permission is for approved PartyTopiie Pro accounts. Registering, buying Credits, submitting an application, or joining a Trial does not automatically grant it.
Personal use remains the default for ordinary accounts. Pro permission has no Trial-based expiration, but remains subject to valid acquisitions, refunds, revocation, account rules, and compliance with the terms.

Party Printables
All currently offered PartyTopiie Printables are eligible for approved Pro commercial use. Personalize and acquire the design for each client.

Graphics & Clipart may be incorporated into permitted finished client work. Acquire the Graphic for each client, without sharing raw assets.

One Acquisition, One Client
Printables
- A newly purchased or redeemed personalization covers one client.
- For another client, create a new personalization and purchase or redeem again—even for the same design.
- Re-download the same personalization for the same client without another charge, subject to existing download rules.
Graphics
- For another client, purchase or redeem the Graphic again.
- For a free Graphic, select “Get for free” again for that client. The same entitlement may be returned.
- This is a license obligation. PartyTopiie does not track or certify individual client uses of Graphics.
Allowed Uses
- Personalize Printables for paying clients.
- Create printed signs, invitations, labels, favor cards, and other permitted finished physical goods.
- Use finished products in client event setups.
- Incorporate Graphics into permitted finished client work.
- Privately deliver permitted final, flattened designs for a specific client.
- Use a printer or production service solely to fulfill that client project under the terms.
- Charge for design, production, printing, setup, and related services.
Not Allowed
- Reselling or redistributing raw downloads, standalone artwork, or reusable source assets.
- Providing editable PartyTopiie templates or source files as reusable design resources.
- Uploading assets to stock, asset, template, or prohibited merchandise marketplaces.
- Selling PartyTopiie artwork as standalone downloadable design assets.
- Treating one acquisition as covering unrelated clients.
- Sharing or transferring Pro account access, editor access, or protected download links.
Flattening raw artwork or changing its format does not by itself make it a permitted finished deliverable. A printer must not reuse files or retain them in a reusable library.

Commercial Eligibility and Promotional Credits Are Different

Printables and Graphics are eligible under the Pro terms.
Current Trial Credits
Eligible self-service Printables only. Graphics, printing, paper, materials, and manual services are excluded.
Use the same product pricing and eligible payment methods. Promotional Credit expiration does not end Pro status or permission.
Commercial Use FAQ
Can I charge clients for work made with PartyTopiie?
Yes, once your Pro application is approved, you may charge for permitted design, printing, production, setup, and related services. Follow the Pro terms and acquire each product for that client.
Do I need to buy a separate commercial license?
No. Approved Pro permission is included without a separate license fee or subscription. Normal product prices and eligible Credit costs still apply.
Can I use one purchase for multiple clients?
No. A Printable personalization acquisition covers one client. Graphics also follow a one-client-per-acquisition contractual rule; PartyTopiie does not track individual Graphic client uses.
Can I reuse the same design for another client?
Yes. For Printables, create and acquire a new personalization. For paid Graphics, purchase or redeem again. For free Graphics, select Get for free again for the new client, even if the existing entitlement is returned.
Can I re-download the same personalization for the same client?
Yes, without another purchase, while your acquisition and the existing download or regeneration options remain valid. Pro permission does not extend hosted file availability.
Can I use PartyTopiie Graphics in client work?
Yes. Approved Pros may incorporate lawfully acquired Graphics into permitted finished client work. Acquire the Graphic again for each new client.
Can I give raw PartyTopiie Graphics or source assets to my client?
No. Deliver only permitted finished client-specific work. Raw downloads, standalone artwork, editable templates, and reusable source assets cannot be handed over as reusable design resources.
Can Trial Credits be used for Graphics?
No. Current Trial Credits are limited to eligible self-service Party Printables. Use another eligible payment method for Graphics.
Does commercial permission end when the Trial ends?
No. The promotion deadline does not end approved Pro status or permission. Valid acquisition, refund, revocation, account, and terms-compliance rules still apply.
Can I use products I acquired before becoming a Pro?
After approval, valid earlier acquisitions may be used in future permitted client work under the per-client rules. Approval does not authorize commercial activity that happened before approval.
