PartyTopiie Purchase Protection Policy

1. Who is responsible

PLI LLC is the contracting seller and seller of record for covered PartyTopiie orders and handles payment, electronic delivery, support, claim decisions, and refunds.

2. Covered issues

Contact us if:

• A paid file is not delivered or its download cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting;
• A file is materially corrupted, incomplete, incorrect, or in a materially different format from the listing;
• The purchased output is materially different from the listing or confirmed personalization details;
• You were charged more than once or see another incorrect charge; or
• A credible intellectual property concern prevents lawful use of the purchased file as licensed.

3. Requesting help

Email support@partytopiie.com with your order reference, the item involved, and a short explanation. Include only screenshots or error messages reasonably needed to show the problem. Do not send your password or full payment-card details.

Requests are reviewed through support. Contact us promptly; cancellation conditions and applicable rights are described in the Refund Policy.

4. Resolution process

PLI LLC reviews each request. We may help restore access, supply the correct file, resolve a file or payment problem, or provide an eligible refund under the Refund Policy. A buyer is not required to accept repeated failed corrections or give up a remedy that applicable law provides.

Our ordinary refund process covers the affected purchased item and its delivery method together. It does not assign separate refund values to individual files, inputs, or a rush fee. Other purchased items remain separate.

5. Delivery and cancellation

Delivery is recorded when you request an authorized download, we complete the access and file checks, and we prepare to send the file. Generating a file or issuing a download link alone does not count as delivery, and delivery does not depend on your browser finishing the download.

Ordinary cancellation requires that the file has not been delivered as defined above and any required production has not started. For method-specific conditions, problem-related remedies, and statutory rights, see the Refund Policy.

6. Buyer responsibilities and exclusions

Purchase Protection does not ordinarily cover:

• A change of mind after production has started or a file has been delivered, subject to applicable statutory rights;
• An error in wording or material supplied or approved by the buyer;
• A new request outside the purchased scope;
• Incompatibility where the listing accurately disclosed the format and requirements;
• Print color or output differences caused by a device, printer, material, or setting outside PartyTopiie’s control;
• Loss caused by sharing a download or failing to secure an account; or
• A transaction not completed through PartyTopiie checkout.

These exclusions do not apply where PartyTopiie caused the issue or applicable law requires a remedy.

7. Refund amount and payment method

• Regular payment: an approved refund returns the affected item’s original paid price, its paid rush charge, and applicable tax to the original payment method.
• Party Credits payment: an approved refund restores the total Credits originally deducted for the affected item, including its selected rush charge. It does not pay that amount out in cash.

Card refunds commonly appear about 5–10 business days after issuance, depending on the bank or payment provider. Credits funding reversals and top-up refunds follow the Refund Policy.

8. Availability and mandatory rights

Purchases and individual features are available only where supported. Website access does not guarantee checkout availability. See the Terms of Use for product, license, and availability terms.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, including any applicable EEA or UK digital-content or digital-service remedy.
