Digital Content License
This License explains how you may use digital content lawfully obtained from PartyTopiie, including Graphics & Clipart, Party Printables, and personalized or custom files. The same personal-use rules apply whether you pay with regular payment or Party Credits, or obtain an eligible product for free.
1. Your personal-use license
Subject to payment where required and compliance with this License, PLI LLC grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the content you lawfully obtain for your own non-commercial, personal parties, celebrations, and related projects.
You may create physical finished items for those uses and privately share qualifying finished digital items as described in Section 3. The permission applies both to qualifying finished files supplied by PartyTopiie and to finished items you create using licensed PartyTopiie content.
There is no numerical limit on physical finished items made for these permitted uses. The license is not restricted to a single personal event. It does not authorize commercial use, selling products made with the content, or supplying reusable designs or source files for other people’s projects.
2. Finished items and reusable content
A finished digital item is a complete design prepared for use in connection with a specific personal event, such as an invitation, thank-you card, event program, or another completed activity or celebration design. Its design content is combined into the final layout, and the file is supplied for its finished event purpose, without editable source files, reusable templates, separate design elements, or an asset package for further design work.
A PartyTopiie file that already meets this definition may be shared as delivered under Section 3; you do not have to redesign it yourself. Where you acquire graphics, clipart, or other reusable content, you must use that content to create a qualifying finished item before sharing the result.
Source and reusable content includes editable project files, layered designs, blank reusable templates, standalone graphics or clipart, fonts, and individual design elements. Downloading content, changing its filename or file format, flattening its layers, or placing it in a PDF does not by itself turn that content into a qualifying finished item. A file intended or supplied so that another person can extract or reuse the artwork is not covered by the finished-item sharing permission.
File extensions alone do not determine the permission. For example, a JPG, PNG, or PDF may contain a qualifying finished event design, or it may simply contain a reusable asset that may not be shared.
3. Making and privately sharing finished items
You may resize, place, and combine licensed content with text, backgrounds, photos, or layouts that you have permission to use, as reasonably needed to make a permitted finished item. Physical examples include invitations, cake or cupcake toppers, favor tags, banners, signs, labels, table cards, stickers, garments, and mugs for your own non-commercial events.
You may privately send a finished digital item to the invited guests or participants of the personal event for which it was prepared. You may use your own email or messaging service, a group restricted to those guests or participants, or a file-sharing link whose access is restricted to those people. Do not use a public post, open group, publicly accessible download, or an unrestricted “anyone with the link” file to distribute it.
For example, you may email a completed birthday invitation to your guests, send an event program to the participants, or share a completed thank-you card with the guests of that event. These are examples of the same rule, not separate product licenses.
This limited sharing permission does not transfer your license or give recipients rights to extract, reuse, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the underlying designs. It is not permission to supply a template, source file, or asset for another person’s projects.
Share the qualifying finished file itself or your own recipient-restricted copy. Keep your PartyTopiie account credentials, order-access links, protected download links, and editor-access links private. Use your own communication tools to send the finished item; this License does not include a PartyTopiie guest-messaging or invitation-delivery service.
4. Uses that are not permitted
The finished-item sharing in Section 3 and the limited production handoff in Section 5 are expressly permitted. Apart from those permissions, you may not:
- Share, gift, transfer, upload for others, or distribute source files, editable projects, reusable templates, standalone graphics, fonts, asset packages, or versions that provide individual design elements for extraction or reuse.
- Sell or sublicense the content, finished digital items, or physical products made with the artwork; use it in paid client work or another commercial service; or offer it as another digital product or reusable design resource.
- Publicly distribute digital files containing the licensed content, including finished items, or make them available through an open group, public repository, unrestricted shared drive, stock library, template marketplace, or asset marketplace.
- Upload the licensed content to an external AI service or model-training dataset.
- Use the content through a print-on-demand, dropshipping, fulfillment marketplace, or automated merchandise service, or build a merchandise line, wholesale catalog, or mass-distribution program from it.
- Extract, isolate, trace, reconstruct, or provide design elements for another person’s reuse, or use one person’s license to supply reusable files to multiple businesses, clients, or unrelated users.
- Use the content as a trademark, service mark, business logo, domain name, or other source identifier; claim ownership of PartyTopiie content; or remove a required rights notice.
- Use the content for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, exploitative, or rights-infringing activity.
A private shared folder or recipient-restricted link used only to deliver qualifying finished items under Section 3 is permitted. It must not become a library of source files or reusable artwork. Giving a file away rather than charging for it does not make an otherwise prohibited distribution permissible.
5. Printing and production vendors
You may give a file to a printer or production vendor solely to make your permitted personal copies. The vendor must not reuse or disclose it and must delete it after production. This limited handoff does not allow storage in a public or reusable vendor library and does not authorize the marketplace or automated merchandise uses prohibited above.
6. Personalization, file formats, and access
Review the formats, included designs, editable elements, finished sizes, and technical requirements listed for your product and delivery method. Check your personalized preview before obtaining the final files, and check your print settings before production.
A preview is not the final production file and does not by itself grant permission to use or distribute the content. Personalization does not remove the restrictions on source files or reusable assets. This License does not promise additional editing sessions, file formats, or services beyond the selected product and delivery method.
Download and file-availability periods are explained in the Terms of Use. Expiration of a download link or hosted file does not by itself end your license to a copy you lawfully obtained. The license remains subject to its terms, including refunds and termination. Obtaining a file does not guarantee uniqueness, exclusivity, registrability, or suitability for every production process.
7. Your material and underlying rights
You retain the rights you already hold in names, text, photos, and other material you lawfully provide for personalization. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that material and supply it for the order. This License does not transfer ownership of your underlying material to PLI LLC.
PLI LLC, the relevant creators, and their licensors retain ownership of the licensed content and its underlying intellectual property. A purchase, free acquisition, or export grants permission to use content under this License; it does not transfer copyright.
PartyTopiie requires a documented and reviewed ownership or licensing basis for the digital content it offers. Brand or character references do not imply affiliation or endorsement, and this License cannot grant rights that PartyTopiie does not hold. PartyTopiie may suspend access while investigating a credible rights concern. For an affected purchase, see the Purchase Protection Policy or contact support.
8. Refunds and termination
If a purchased item is fully refunded, your license to its refunded files ends. Stop using those files and delete your copies, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Refund conditions and remedies are set out in the Refund Policy.
PLI LLC may terminate this License for a material breach. The provisions concerning ownership, prohibited uses, refunds, termination, and accrued claims survive termination.
9. Previously obtained files and future changes
The finished-item sharing permission in this version also applies to content you lawfully obtained from PartyTopiie before its effective date, including eligible free content, provided your license has not ended. It does not restore refunded or terminated licenses, expired download access, or unavailable services.
This permission supplements the personal-use rights attached to those earlier acquisitions. Publication of this version does not by itself change an earlier order’s price or remove rights attached to that order. Changes affecting accepted orders are subject to the Terms of Use and applicable law.
10. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this License excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
