How this supplement applies
This supplement adds limited commercial permissions to the existing PartyTopiie Terms of Use and Digital Content License for an approved Party Pro Trial participant who verifies their email and accepts this version. It changes only the commercial-use restrictions expressly addressed below; all other existing terms continue to apply. Within this limited scope, this supplement governs.
Eligible products and trial period
The supplement covers all Party Printable products acquired by your approved account after acceptance and before December 31, 2026 ends in America/New_York (January 1, 2027 at 05:00 UTC). Acquisition means completed payment or a successful Credits or free redemption, not merely starting checkout. Paid Custom Face finished products are included. Graphics and standalone assets are excluded. Earlier orders are not retroactively covered.
Permitted commercial delivery
You may use eligible finished Party Printables to produce and sell physical finished goods, provide event decoration or setup, and deliver final personalized PDF, JPG or PNG files made for a specific customer. That customer may use and print the finished files for their own project, but may not resell or redistribute them. You may create samples to evaluate these permitted uses.
Restrictions
Do not list or sell generic digital files for repeated download, resell or share templates, editable or source files, or distribute extracted graphics, fonts or other assets. Do not grant others template access or rights to create competing digital products. This supplement does not transfer ownership or grant exclusive rights, nor does it grant rights in third-party content you provide.
Credits are separate from the license
The trial provides 20 Party Printable Credits, worth $20 at the current Credits purchase rate. Trial Credits are limited to self-service Party Printables and cannot pay for Graphics, manual Custom Face services, printing, paper or materials. Commercial permissions do not depend on whether those Credits remain available. Other eligible payment methods may be used for covered Party Printables.
Expiry and already acquired work
Unused trial Credits expire when December 31, 2026 ends in America/New_York. Products acquired after that deadline receive no new commercial permission under this supplement. Finished products legitimately acquired within the trial period remain covered for the permitted uses, including completing an approved manual fulfillment or customer delivery after the deadline. A refunded or revoked product entitlement loses its corresponding supplemental permission.
