Who we are and what this policy covers
PLI LLC (“PartyTopiie,” “we,” or “us”) is responsible for personal information processed through the PartyTopiie consumer service that links to this policy. PLI LLC, 1908 Thomes Ave STE 12138, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. Email: support@partytopiie.com. Phone: +1 (646) 385-9528.
This policy describes the current service and clearly identifies planned features. It does not mean every feature is available in your location. An external website’s own privacy notice applies when you use that website.
Information we use
- Accounts and access: your email address, profile details you provide, verification records, and authentication information used for sign-in, an optional password, and account recovery.
- Orders and payments: purchased items, prices, billing and tax-location details, order references, payment status, Party Credits activity, refund records, and file-access records. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store your full payment-card number.
- Personalization, when available: wording, names, dates, instructions, and files you choose to provide for a digital design. Supply only information needed for your order and only material you have permission to use.
- Support: your contact details, messages, order reference, and relevant attachments you send when asking for help, a correction, or a privacy request.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, request times, session information, and diagnostic or security events needed to operate, deliver, and protect the service.
We receive information from you, from your use of the service, and from providers such as our payment processor when they report transaction, fraud, dispute, or delivery status.
Why we use it
We use this information to operate accounts, process orders and Party Credits, deliver files, provide support, prevent misuse, investigate errors, and keep required financial or legal records. Information needed to authenticate an account or complete an order is necessary for that service; optional marketing is not a condition of buying.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing a contract for requested services, legal obligations for required records and compliance, and legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention, and service administration. Optional analytics, advertising technologies, and newsletter subscriptions will rely on the choices described below.
Current essential technologies
The consumer service uses essential cookies or similar storage for functions such as sign-in, security, and reliable request handling. Disabling these through your browser may prevent those functions from working.
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and the Mailchimp newsletter are planned integrations for this version of PartyTopiie. They are not currently enabled here. A Cookie preferences control and a working newsletter subscription are not currently offered in this version.
Planned analytics, advertising, and newsletter
- Google Analytics: intended to help us understand visits and use of the site. When enabled with consent, it may process device identifiers, page and interaction events, and general visit information.
- Meta Pixel: intended for advertising measurement and relevant advertising. When enabled with consent, it may send browsing or conversion events and online identifiers to Meta, which may associate them with other information it holds.
- Mailchimp: intended to manage voluntary newsletter subscriptions and deliver requested marketing emails. It will receive the email address and subscription, consent, delivery, and unsubscribe records needed for that purpose. Any optional email engagement tracking will be disclosed before use.
Before enabling analytics or advertising technologies, we will offer separate statistics and advertising choices worldwide. Both will be off by default and will load only after affirmative consent. You will be able to reject optional tracking and later withdraw consent through the same accessible preferences controls.
Newsletter signup will be a separate, voluntary choice. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method. Declining marketing will not prevent an otherwise available account or purchase.
Where advertising disclosures count as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law, the relevant opt-out rights apply. Before enabling that processing, we will provide the required choices and honor applicable recognized opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control. This policy does not claim that those planned controls are already active.
We will update this notice to reflect the actual integrations and choices when they become available. Provider information is available in the Google Privacy Policy, Meta Privacy Policy, and Intuit Global Privacy Statement, which covers Mailchimp.
Who receives information
We share information as needed with providers that host and secure the service, store and deliver files, process payments, send service communications, and help us support orders. Authorized people working on a custom order may access only the information needed for that work. Planned marketing providers are described separately above.
We may disclose relevant records when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect legal rights, or respond to a valid legal process. If the business is reorganized or transferred, personal information may be included subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.
Customer photos and personal order material are not public submissions. We do not publish them or use them in marketing or portfolios without separate permission. We do not send personal information or customer photos to external AI services.
Storage, retention, and international processing
We keep account information as needed to maintain access and resolve account issues. We keep order, payment, tax, and refund records for applicable accounting, legal, dispute, and fraud-prevention needs. Support and technical records are kept according to the purpose of the request, security needs, and any required legal hold, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
The 90-day availability period for generated output files is a download rule. It is not a promise to delete every piece of account, order, input, or backup data after 90 days. See our Terms of Use for file availability.
PLI LLC is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use the required safeguards for that transfer; contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. We do not treat continued browsing as consent to an otherwise restricted transfer.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request and to complain to your privacy regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.
You may object to direct marketing at any time. To make a privacy request now, email support@partytopiie.com with your request and the email address connected to your account. An authorized agent may contact us where permitted by law. We may request proportionate verification for access or deletion; do not send a password or full payment-card details.
We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted exception or need for more time. Deletion may be limited where records are still required for legal obligations, unresolved transactions, or disputes. Withdrawal of consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Children and sensitive information
PartyTopiie is intended for adult hosts, even when the celebration is for a child. We do not knowingly invite children under 13 to create accounts or submit information themselves. If you believe a child has provided information directly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
An adult providing a child’s name or photo for an available order must have the necessary authority and permissions. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, such as identification documents, health information, payment-card details, or a child’s school or home address in design instructions.
Updates and contact
We will revise this policy when our practices change and provide any additional notice or consent required by law. The effective date identifies the version currently published here. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@partytopiie.com.
