The artwork, background, font family and style, colors, and element positions on this party pass stay fixed. Only the listed text fields and their available adjustments can be changed. Changing text size does not change the font family.

How much text fits depends on the wording and the space available in the design. Check the preview for text that is cut off, overlaps or does not display correctly. Review all the wording on the pass at its finished size before making the set. Line breaks are accepted.

You can download this party pass as PNG, JPG, and PDF. In My Downloads, open Download your design, choose Size & layout, review Paper & preview, then select your format under File type and choose Generate & download. PNG: one file for a single page; a ZIP archive for multiple pages. JPG: one file for a single page; a ZIP archive for multiple pages. PDF: one file for a single page; one combined file for multiple pages.

ID Card — Finished size: 3" W x 4" H. Choose Single design or Print sheet on US Letter and A4. The paper size is separate from the finished design size. To preserve the chosen finished size, print at Actual size or 100%, with Fit to page turned off. Use paper and a printer that can accommodate the full design. Print one test copy and measure it before producing the full quantity. Check the selected size against your badge holder before printing.

ID Card (3" W x 4" H) — In Print sheet, Include Bleed can add 0.01–0.25 inches beyond the trim edge. Include Crop Marks can add cutting guides. These options do not apply to Single design. The finished design plus bleed and marks must fit on the selected paper; confirm the layout preview. These settings describe marks added during download. Any marks already drawn into the original artwork have not been separately confirmed. Check a print shop's requirements before ordering.
