Submit Your Party
Share a party you planned, styled, photographed, or are authorized to submit. Selected submissions may help other families and hosts discover practical ideas on PartyTopiie.
Submissions are reviewed and are not published automatically. Submission does not guarantee publication, a reply, a particular credit, exposure, points, account credit, cash, a discount, or other compensation.
Who May Submit
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to grant the required permissions. If a child appears, you must be the child's parent or legal guardian or have the parent or guardian's express permission. You must also have permission from the photographer, creator, and identifiable people where required.
PartyTopiie primarily operates in the United States and intends to accept submissions from adults in supported countries. Form availability may vary while applicable privacy, content, security, legal, sanctions, and operational requirements are completed. Do not send submission media by email, text, or social messaging.

What May Be Published
Only selected photos, the party title, short description, approved public video links, preferred public credit name, and vendor or photographer credits you expressly approve for public use.
PartyTopiie does not publish your legal name, email, event date, city and country, social-media handle, or additional context.
How Submission Works
Your submission and media are saved for human editorial review and are not published automatically. PartyTopiie does not email the submission, attachments, form copy, receipt, selection notice, rejection notice, or review status.
Only authorized administrators and editors may access original submissions.
Retention
- Pending: no more than 90 days from submission.
- Rejected: no more than 90 days from rejection.
- Approved but unpublished: no more than 180 days from approval.
- Published: while PartyTopiie continues to use it, subject to a verified request.
A status change does not restart or extend the applicable maximum period. Limited authorization, complaint, security, or legal records may be retained when reasonably necessary.
Corrections, Credits, Withdrawal, and Deletion
Use Contact Us and provide the submission reference and submitting email address.
After a verified withdrawal, PartyTopiie stops new use and removes content from controlled public pages, active marketing material, working storage, and other copies it reasonably controls within 30 calendar days.
If the reference is unavailable, include the submitting email, approximate submission date, party title, and any published PartyTopiie URL.
