For a submission correction, credit request, withdrawal, or deletion request, include the submission reference and the email address used for the submission in the Message field when available.

Contact form entries and attachments are stored in PartyTopiie’s controlled WordPress/WPForms administrative system and are not automatically sent or forwarded by email. No automatic copy is sent to the submitter. Access is limited to authorized personnel, who may reply separately using the email address provided. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse and may process limited technical and verification data for security, not advertising. See the Privacy Policy for retention, deletion, and service-provider details.

Available Question Type options include Digital Download, Custom Order, Revision, Purchase Protection, Refund, Party Tool, Third-Party Retailer Order, User Submission Question, Submission Correction, Photo Credit Request, Submission Withdrawal, Privacy or Data Deletion Request, Intellectual Property, Seller Support, Accessibility, and General Support.

Do not include payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers, medical information, or unrelated sensitive information. Customization photos and other custom-order materials must be uploaded only through the controlled upload area provided for the order, not through ordinary email or the general contact form.

Request Routing

• PartyTopiie order or country availability: Choose the relevant order topic or General Support. PartyTopiie enables checkout and submission features country by country. A current restriction does not mean that a country is permanently excluded.
• Amazon order: Contact Amazon or the seller identified on the Amazon listing about the off-site order, payment, shipping, return, warranty, or product support.
• Privacy or data deletion: Choose Privacy or Data Deletion Request or email us. Information submitted through the contact form is handled under the Privacy Policy, and PartyTopiie may request proportionate information to verify the request.
• Submission correction, credit, withdrawal, or deletion: Choose the relevant submission topic and provide the submission reference and submitting email address when available. If either is unavailable, explain that in the request and provide the approximate submission date, party title, or published PartyTopiie URL where possible.
• Copyright infringement: Follow the notice requirements in the DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy. A general support message may not contain the information required for a valid copyright notice.
