PartyTopiie is a United States-based party-content and digital-commerce service operated by PLI LLC. We help families, hosts, and party planners move from inspiration to a finished celebration through organized party ideas, Party Tools, digital printables, custom digital design services, selected contributor submissions, and ready-made product recommendations.

What PartyTopiie Provides

• Party ideas and editorial content: Organized references and practical guidance prepared or reviewed under our Editorial Policy.
• Party Tools: Interactive tools for creating digital design elements. Available features and any applicable pricing are displayed before use. Tool use is governed by the Terms of Service, and exported outputs are governed by the Digital Content License.
• On-site digital products: Digital files and customization services sold by PLI LLC and delivered electronically.
• Ready-made product links: Clearly disclosed recommendations linking to products offered through Amazon.
• Contributor submissions: Selected party photos and public video links voluntarily provided by adults through Submit Your Party.

Orders and Public Submissions Are Separate

A photo or other personal material provided for a custom order is used only to fulfill and support that order. It is not a public submission and will not be used in PartyTopiie content, marketing emails, social media, advertising, or portfolios unless the adult separately submits it through Submit Your Party and grants the permission required by the User Submission Terms.

Submit Your Party is PartyTopiie’s only public submission route. Submissions are reviewed before publication and are not automatically accepted. Contributors retain ownership of their content and may request a correction, credit change, withdrawal, or deletion through Contact Us. PartyTopiie does not currently provide points, account credits, cash, discounts, or other compensation for a submission.

Our Role in Transactions

PLI LLC is the contracting seller and seller of record for digital products purchased through PartyTopiie checkout. Approved independent fulfillment providers may produce a custom file behind PartyTopiie, but PartyTopiie remains the buyer-facing seller and support channel.

Amazon or the seller identified on the Amazon listing—not PartyTopiie—is the seller for a purchase completed after following an Amazon link. Amazon and that seller control, as applicable, the price, availability, checkout, payment, delivery, returns, warranties, and product support. PartyTopiie may earn a commission from qualifying purchases as explained in the Affiliate Disclosure.

United States Focus and Country Availability

PartyTopiie operates from the United States and currently directs active marketing to the United States. The website may be viewed from other countries, but access does not guarantee that checkout, submission, seller, or other transactional features are available in a particular location.

PartyTopiie enables a country only when its payment, tax, sanctions, privacy, consumer-protection, and operational requirements are supported. We do not promise that every country will be available at the same time.

Editorial and AI Assistance

PLI LLC is responsible for PartyTopiie’s published content. Authorized human editors review content as described in the Editorial Policy. PartyTopiie may use external AI services only for non-personal editorial text and does not submit order photos, user-submission photos, submission text containing personal information, buyer or seller records, or other personal data to external AI services.
