PartyTopiie publishes links to selected ready-made party products offered through Amazon. Some of these links are affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase, PLI LLC may receive a commission from Amazon at no additional charge to you.

1. Amazon Associate Disclosure

As an Amazon Associate, PartyTopiie earns from qualifying purchases.

PartyTopiie currently participates only in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. PartyTopiie must update this Disclosure and the relevant on-page notices before using another affiliate program.

2. Disclosure Near Each Recommendation

PartyTopiie must place a clear affiliate notice before, above, or immediately beside each relevant product collection, recommendation, or outbound purchase link. An appropriate notice is:

A footer link to this Disclosure is not a substitute for a notice close to the recommendation. The notice must remain understandable on desktop and mobile displays.

3. External Retailer Transactions

An Amazon affiliate link takes you away from PartyTopiie. Amazon or the seller identified on the Amazon listing—not PartyTopiie—is the seller for that transaction. Amazon and that seller control, as applicable:

• Product price and applicable taxes
• Availability, specifications, and product claims
• Checkout and payment
• Shipping and delivery
• Cancellations, returns, refunds, warranties, and product support

The current Amazon listing, checkout terms, and identified seller terms control the purchase. Questions or claims about an Amazon order must be directed to Amazon or the seller identified on the listing. PartyTopiie does not receive your Amazon payment-card details or control their fulfillment decisions.

4. Selection and Accuracy

PartyTopiie selects products based on their apparent relevance to the page or party idea. A possible commission does not convert an external product into a PartyTopiie product or guarantee its quality, safety, availability, or suitability.

Product information can change after publication. Review the current Amazon listing, price, delivery terms, warnings, and return rules before purchasing. Availability and link destinations may vary by country, and a displayed link does not guarantee that Amazon will sell or deliver the product in your location.
