Sellers retain ownership, subject to the permissions needed for PartyTopiie to list, sell, deliver, and support the product under the Seller Service Agreement.
What You Can Provide
- Printable party decor, including toppers, banners, signs, favor tags, and labels
- Invitations, welcome signs, menus, and table cards
- Approved name, date, age, message, or photo personalization
- Other electronically delivered party files approved by PartyTopiie
Physical products and shipping fulfillment are not supported.
Who May Apply
Individuals aged 18 or older and eligible businesses may apply from countries where PartyTopiie's approved onboarding and payout providers support the Seller's location, identity, and payout method. Required verification applies, and an application does not guarantee approval.
Basic Service Standards
- Deliver a customized order within 24 hours after all required, usable buyer materials are available, unless an approved listing states another timeline.
- Respond to PartyTopiie within 12 hours.
- Correct a seller-caused defective, unusable, incomplete, or incorrect file within 12 hours of PartyTopiie's request and without buyer charge.
- Provide only original or properly licensed work and keep supporting rights records.
- Use PartyTopiie's approved systems and protect buyer information. Do not use buyer data for advertising, portfolios, resale, unrelated contact, or external AI.
Fees and Promotions
PartyTopiie provides a written Seller Fee Schedule before a Seller accepts the Seller Service Agreement. The schedule states the fees, calculation method, and effective date that apply to that Seller.
PartyTopiie may run time-limited promotions. Any active promotion will be presented separately with its eligibility period and terms. A promotional benefit applies only when PartyTopiie's written approval expressly confirms the Seller's eligibility and benefit.
