1. Purpose and Scope

PartyTopiie publishes party ideas, theme guides, Party Tool information, digital-product information, selected contributor submissions, and ready-made product recommendations. PLI LLC is responsible for PartyTopiie’s editorial standards and published content.

This Policy explains how PartyTopiie selects, prepares, reviews, labels, corrects, and removes editorial content. It does not replace the terms that govern an order, a Party Tool, a user submission, or an external-retailer transaction.

2. Sources and Attribution

PartyTopiie may use:

• Editorial research and direct testing performed by PartyTopiie
• Information supplied by approved sellers or service providers
• Photos, public video links, descriptions, and credits submitted by adults through Submit Your Party
• Product information published by Amazon or another clearly identified primary source
• Licensed or otherwise authorized media and reference material

PartyTopiie identifies the nature of a source where that context matters. A page must distinguish PartyTopiie’s own observations from information supplied by a contributor, seller, manufacturer, or retailer. A “real party” description may be used only when PartyTopiie holds a contributor record or another documented first-party source that supports the description and includes the necessary publication authorization.

Credits and links do not transfer responsibility for third-party statements to PartyTopiie. Prices, availability, specifications, and external pages can change after editorial review.

3. Editorial Method and Human Review

Before publication, an authorized editor reviews content as appropriate for:

• Clarity, usefulness, and consistency with the page’s stated purpose
• Source and contributor attribution
• Obvious factual, rights, privacy, safety, or deceptive-claim concerns
• Material-connection and affiliate disclosures
• Links, captions, accessibility text, and formatting
• Consistency between visible content and any structured data

The depth of review depends on the type and risk of the content. PartyTopiie does not present general party content as legal, medical, engineering, child-safety, or other professional advice. Readers should follow product instructions and obtain qualified advice where appropriate.

PartyTopiie keeps proportionate records of material sources, the responsible human review, material relationships and disclosures, significant corrections, removals or other material changes, and the documented rights basis for published media and digital products.

4. Contributor Submissions

Contributor photos and video links are accepted only through Submit Your Party under the User Submission Terms. They do not appear automatically.

Authorized editors review a submission for relevance, usability, apparent rights concerns, privacy, credits, and consistency with the information provided. PartyTopiie may accept, reject, crop, resize, format, caption, summarize, or organize a selected submission, but will not intentionally distort its material meaning.

A contributor must have the required photographer, creator, likeness, and parental or guardian permissions. Submission does not guarantee publication, a response, a particular credit, exposure, or compensation.

A photo provided for a digital order is used only to fulfill and support that order. It is not a public submission and will not be published unless the adult separately uses Submit Your Party and grants the required permission.

5. Product and Affiliate Content

Some pages recommend ready-made products offered through Amazon. PartyTopiie may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase. This relationship must be disclosed clearly and close to the relevant recommendation or outbound link, as described in the Affiliate Disclosure.

Amazon and the seller identified on the Amazon listing control, as applicable, the price, availability, specifications, checkout, payment, delivery, returns, warranties, and support. PartyTopiie may update or remove a recommendation when information changes or a material concern is identified.

6. Reviews and Material Connections

PartyTopiie does not knowingly create, purchase, or publish fake or materially misleading reviews. It does not require positive sentiment in exchange for a benefit.

PartyTopiie may use a Verified Buyer label only when it can connect the review to a completed PartyTopiie order through reasonable internal records. A review imported from another authorized source must identify that source near the review and may not be labeled as a verified PartyTopiie purchase unless PartyTopiie can independently verify the transaction.

If a review, recommendation, or contribution was incentivized or the person has an employment, family, seller, affiliate, sponsorship, free-product, or other material relationship, PartyTopiie must disclose that relationship clearly where a reasonable reader can see it.

Moderation rules must be applied without favoring positive sentiment. PartyTopiie may decline or remove content for reasons such as unlawful material, threats, harassment, personal data, spam, irrelevance, conflicts of interest, or unsupported claims. Any ratings or review structured data must be genuine, visible on the page, and consistent with the displayed reviews.

7. AI Assistance

PartyTopiie may use external AI services only to assist with non-personal editorial text, such as organization, summaries, generic captions, accessibility text, metadata, and formatting. An authorized human editor reviews AI-assisted content before publication.

PartyTopiie does not submit order photos, user-submission photos, submission text containing personal information, buyer or seller records, or other personal data to external AI services. AI must not be used to fabricate an experience or review, falsely attribute a statement, invent a source, or materially misrepresent submitted media.

8. Intellectual Property and Brand References

Some content may refer to popular themes, characters, movies, games, or brands. Unless expressly stated, PartyTopiie is not affiliated with or endorsed by the relevant rights holder. A reference or disclaimer does not create a license to use protected material.

Before publishing a digital product, branded or character theme, font, image, graphic, or Party Tool preset, PartyTopiie must document ownership, a sufficient license, public-domain status, or another lawful basis for the intended use. PartyTopiie may remove or revise content in response to a credible rights complaint under the DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy.

9. Corrections, Credits, and Removal

To request a factual correction, disclosure update, photo-credit change, submission withdrawal, or content removal, use Contact Us. Include the page URL and, for a submission, the submission reference and submitting email address when available.

PartyTopiie reviews requests against its sources, authorization records, applicable rights, and prior uses. When a material published error is confirmed, PartyTopiie will correct, clarify, or remove the affected content and update related structured data where applicable.
