Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 20th, 2026
Last updated: July 20th, 2026
Version: 2.0
Policy owner: PLI LLC
This Privacy Policy explains how PLI LLC (“PartyTopiie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through PartyTopiie.com and related services that link to this Policy.
PLI LLC is the controller or business responsible for the personal information described here unless a different notice states otherwise.
1. Scope and Country Availability
This Policy covers:
- Browsing, account activity, and support on PartyTopiie.com;
- Optional email-newsletter subscriptions;
- Digital product orders and electronic delivery;
- Customized digital orders and controlled photo uploads;
- Party Tools;
- Submit Your Party and editorial review;
- Privacy, submission, and intellectual-property requests;
- Seller applications and seller administration; and
- Amazon affiliate-link interactions initiated on PartyTopiie.
PartyTopiie.com may be viewed worldwide. PLI LLC currently directs active marketing to the United States. Checkout and some forms or features are enabled country by country only when relevant payment, tax, sanctions, privacy, and consumer-protection controls are supported. Access to the website does not guarantee that every feature is currently available in the visitor’s country, and a current restriction is not a permanent exclusion.
An external service’s privacy policy applies after a user leaves PartyTopiie and interacts with that service.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account data: Name, email address, account-authentication data, telephone number when needed, and account preferences.
- Newsletter data: Email address, subscription status, and the limited signup, consent, and unsubscribe record generated when a user requests PartyTopiie emails.
- Order data: Products, order number, transaction amount, billing details, payment status, delivery records, refund records, and order communications.
- Tax-location evidence: Billing country, payment-method country, network-derived country, and other limited location evidence required to calculate tax or document the place of supply. We do not request precise location for this purpose unless law requires it.
- Customization data: Names, dates, wording, instructions, photos, and other material needed to create or correct a custom digital order.
- Submission data: Submitter name and email, unique submission reference, submission time, review status, eligibility and permission confirmations, photos, optional public video links, captions, general party details, and requested credits.
- Support and rights-request data: Name, email address, Question Type, conditional Order Number, message, submission reference or verification information when relevant, and an optional attachment reasonably needed to answer the request.
- Seller-administration data: Application details, country, identity and payment-verification status, tax-form type and validity status, sanctions-screening result, payout eligibility, written approval date, agreement and Seller Fee Schedule versions, promotional eligibility and waiver period, acceptance records, and seller support communications.
Information Collected Automatically
- Essential technical data: Internet Protocol address, device and browser type, timestamps, requested pages, authentication, cart and checkout state, security events, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the Service.
- Regional analytics data: Basic page-view, shopping-interaction, performance, and general acquisition data. It is collected after consent in opt-in regions and may be collected in eligible U.S. opt-out regions unless the visitor disables Statistics or sends a recognized opt-out signal.
- Privacy-choice data: Consent or opt-out status, selected categories, time, applicable region or banner configuration, and policy or configuration identifiers needed to apply and demonstrate a privacy choice.
- Contact-form security data: Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited network, browser, device, timing, interaction, and verification-result data to detect automated submissions and abuse. PartyTopiie does not receive Cloudflare’s internal detection model or use Turnstile for advertising.
- Affiliate-link event: The fact that a user selected an Amazon link and limited attribution parameters associated with that link.
Payment and Hosted Verification Data
Payment providers process payment-card or bank information through their hosted or tokenized systems. PLI LLC does not receive or store a full payment-card number or manually collect a seller’s complete bank-account credentials. We receive limited transaction, verification, fraud, dispute, and payout-status information needed to administer orders and seller payments.
Party Tool Data
Party Tools process supported inputs transiently on PLI-controlled servers and return the result to the user’s browser. We do not retain Tool inputs or outputs, use a third-party generation provider, or send them to an external AI service. Content-free access, error, rate-limit, and security logs are kept for no longer than 30 days. These logs may include the time, requested Tool, technical status, truncated or protected network identifiers, and device or browser information, but not the wording entered into the Tool or the generated output. The user’s browser may hold an input or output temporarily while the page is open or a file is downloaded.
Contact Us Data
Contact Us entries and attachments are stored in PartyTopiie’s controlled WordPress/WPForms administrative system. WPForms user-tracking cookies and WPForms storage of the submitter’s Internet Protocol address and User Agent are disabled. The original form entry and attachment are not automatically sent or forwarded by email, and no automatic copy is emailed to the submitter. Access is limited to authorized personnel. An authorized team member may reply separately to the email address provided.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the Contact Us form from spam, automated abuse, and security threats. Its limited technical processing is separate from the form entry stored in WordPress/WPForms.
Email Newsletter
The optional newsletter form sends the email address and related subscription record to Mailchimp, which PartyTopiie uses to manage subscriptions and deliver requested party ideas, free resources, and marketing emails. Subscribing is not required to place an order, use a Tool, submit content, or contact support. Each marketing email provides an unsubscribe method.
3. Sources of Information
We receive information:
- Directly from users, buyers, newsletter subscribers, submitters, applicants, and people making requests;
- Automatically from the browser or device, subject to the applicable regional privacy choice;
- From payment, identity-verification, fraud-prevention, hosting, consent-management, form-security, and delivery providers;
- From Mailchimp when it returns a subscription, unsubscribe, or delivery-status record;
- From approved custom-order fulfillment providers acting under PLI LLC’s instructions; and
- From public or official sources used for rights verification, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
4. Why We Use Information
We use personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
- Operate accounts, carts, checkout, payment, delivery, refunds, and support;
- Process Contact Us entries and attachments, respond to requests, and protect forms from automated abuse;
- Deliver a requested newsletter and administer subscription, consent, delivery, and unsubscribe records;
- Determine whether a country and transaction are supported;
- Calculate, collect, report, and document sales tax, VAT, GST, or other legally required indirect tax;
- Fulfill and correct custom digital orders;
- Process submissions, verify permissions, edit selected content, and administer withdrawal requests;
- Operate Party Tools and protect them from abuse;
- Review seller applications, verify eligibility, administer agreements, and facilitate payouts;
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud, secure the Service, and investigate misuse;
- Comply with tax, accounting, sanctions, privacy, consumer, and other legal duties;
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
- Perform basic site analytics when permitted by the applicable regional privacy choice.
PartyTopiie does not sell personal information, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or submit personal information to external AI services for generation, analysis, training, or order or submission fulfillment.
5. EEA and UK Lawful Bases
Where EEA or UK data-protection law applies, our lawful bases are:
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Account, order, delivery, customization, refund, and requested support | Performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract |
| Seller application and administration | Performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract |
| Tax, accounting, sanctions, consumer, and rights-request records | Compliance with a legal obligation |
| Security, fraud prevention, service administration, limited recordkeeping, and legal claims | Legitimate interests, balanced against the person’s rights |
| Requested newsletter and related subscription management | Consent |
| Non-essential analytics and any optional processing identified at collection | Consent |
| Urgent safety processing where relevant | Protection of vital interests |
A user may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. A user may object to processing based on legitimate interests as described below.
6. Customized Orders
Customization photos and related materials are accepted only through the controlled PartyTopiie upload area assigned to the order. They must not be sent through personal email, text message, external chat, a personal cloud drive, or an external AI service.
An approved fulfillment provider may access only the order information reasonably needed to perform the assigned work, through a controlled account. The provider must follow PLI LLC’s instructions, keep the data confidential, protect it, report a security incident promptly, and delete its copy when instructed. The provider may not use buyer data for a portfolio, advertising, resale, independent contact, model training, or another customer.
Customization work begins only when the assigned, authorized fulfillment person first opens, downloads, or otherwise uses the buyer’s material. System receipt, malware scanning, encrypted storage, routing, or assignment alone does not constitute the start of customization work.
7. Submit Your Party
Submit Your Party collects only the contact, permission, editorial, and content information reasonably needed to review a submission. Original records remain in a controlled administrative system and are not forwarded through ordinary email. We do not send submission-receipt, selection, rejection, or review-status emails. We may contact a submitter only when clarification, permission verification, a rights or safety issue, or a response to the submitter’s own request makes contact reasonably necessary.
If a submission is published, the public page is limited to selected photos, approved public video links displayed through click-to-load controls, the party title, approved short description or captions, the preferred public credit name, and expressly approved photographer or vendor credits. We do not publish the submitter’s legal name, email address, telephone number, event date, city or country, exact home or event address, social-media handle, additional context, account or order identifier, internal review notes, file metadata, or permission records.
Each linked third-party video is click-to-load. A video platform does not receive a connection from the PartyTopiie page until a visitor actively chooses to load or play that video.
Submission records are not sent to external AI services and are not used for model training.
8. How We Disclose Information
We disclose limited personal information to:
- Hosting and the controlled WordPress/WPForms environment that stores and protects Contact Us entries and attachments without automatically forwarding them by email;
- Complianz consent-management technology that stores, applies, and documents regional privacy choices;
- Cloudflare, including Turnstile, that protects availability and selected forms from abuse;
- Payment, identity-verification, fraud, and payout providers that process transactions or hosted seller onboarding;
- Order and transactional-email providers that send order, delivery, account-security, or other necessary service communications;
- Mailchimp that manages requested newsletter subscriptions, delivery, and unsubscribe records;
- Approved fulfillment providers that receive only the controlled order data needed for an assigned customization;
- Google Analytics for limited Statistics under the regional model and configuration described in the Cookie Policy;
- Professional advisers bound by confidentiality where accounting, tax, legal, or security help is necessary;
- Authorities or other recipients when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the Service; and
- A successor in a business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
Service providers may use information only for the authorized service or as law requires. We do not allow a custom-order provider or submission reviewer to move personal data into a personal account or unapproved system.
9. Amazon Links and External Services
PartyTopiie currently participates only in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. PartyTopiie may receive a commission when a user follows a disclosed Amazon link and completes a qualifying off-site transaction. Amazon and any seller identified on the Amazon listing—not PLI LLC—control, as applicable, the off-site account, order, payment, shipping, and related personal information.
An external video platform receives device and network information only after a visitor chooses to load or play a click-to-load video. Its own privacy terms then apply.
10. Cookies and Analytics
PartyTopiie uses Complianz to apply privacy choices according to the visitor’s region. In opt-in regions, Preferences, Statistics, and External media remain off until the visitor consents. In eligible U.S. opt-out regions, limited Statistics may operate unless the visitor disables them through Privacy choices or sends a recognized opt-out signal. Essential technologies remain available where needed to operate or secure a requested service.
Google Analytics is limited to basic site and shopping measurement. Google Signals, advertising features, ads personalization, enhanced conversions, and cross-site behavioral profiling are disabled. The browser choice is stored for up to 12 months and may be changed at any time through Privacy choices. Details appear in the Cookie Policy.
11. Retention
We retain information only for the shortest period reasonably needed for the stated purpose, subject to a legal, accounting, security, rights, or dispute requirement.
| Record | Normal maximum period or rule |
|---|---|
| Account record | While the account remains open, then up to 24 months unless a shorter request or longer legal need applies |
| Order, payment, refund, and accounting record | The applicable tax, accounting, chargeback, and legal limitation period |
| Tax-location and place-of-supply evidence | The legally required period; when EU OSS rules apply, the required records are retained for 10 years |
| Customization photos and other custom material | No longer than 90 days after delivery or cancellation, unless law requires limited longer retention; any retained legal evidence is isolated and access-restricted |
| Party Tool input and output | Not retained after the immediate request |
| Content-free Party Tool access and security log | Up to 30 days |
| Pending submission | Up to 90 days after submission |
| Rejected submission | Up to 90 days after rejection |
| Approved but unpublished submission | Up to 180 days after approval |
| Published submission | While published or otherwise used under the submission license |
| Verified withdrawal request | Controlled public and working copies removed within 30 calendar days; a minimal request and rights record may be retained as legally necessary |
| Contact Us entry and attachment, support request, or privacy request | Up to 24 months after closure unless earlier deletion is appropriate or a longer legal need applies |
| Newsletter subscription | While subscribed; after unsubscribe or deletion, only a limited suppression or compliance record is retained as reasonably necessary |
| Google Analytics event-level and user-level data | Up to 14 months; this is separate from Analytics cookie duration |
| Browser privacy choice | Up to 12 months |
| Limited consent audit record | As reasonably necessary to demonstrate the choice and comply with applicable law |
| Seller eligibility, approval, Fee Schedule, promotion, and agreement record | For the duration of the seller relationship and the applicable tax, accounting, contract, and legal limitation period afterward |
When a period ends, we delete or de-identify the information unless continued retention is required. Backup copies are isolated from ordinary use and expire under the backup cycle.
12. Security
We use proportionate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls, role-limited administrative accounts, encrypted transmission, provider review, logging, and data minimization. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Users should protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We will provide legally required security-incident notices.
13. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, a person may request:
- Access to or a copy of personal information;
- Correction of inaccurate information;
- Deletion;
- Restriction of processing;
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing;
- Portability of information provided under consent or contract;
- Withdrawal of consent;
- Information about recipients or international-transfer safeguards; and
- Review of a decision made solely by automated processing that produces a legal or similarly significant effect.
PartyTopiie does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about users.
Submit a request through Contact Us or [email protected]. We may verify the request using information proportionate to its sensitivity. An authorized agent may submit a request where law permits, subject to proof of authority. We do not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right.
A newsletter subscriber may withdraw marketing consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in each marketing email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order, account-security, support, or other transactional messages.
EEA and UK residents may complain to the data-protection authority where they live or work or where they believe an infringement occurred. They may also contact us first so we can try to resolve the concern.
14. United States State Privacy Rights
Residents of a U.S. state with an applicable privacy law may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information and to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. PartyTopiie does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for legally significant profiling.
Where applicable, PartyTopiie treats a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for optional processing and for sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. PartyTopiie also respects Do Not Track through the regional consent controls described in the Cookie Policy.
Where law provides an appeal from a denied privacy request, reply to the decision or use Contact Us and label the request Privacy Appeal. We will explain the result and any available regulator contact.
15. Children
PartyTopiie is not directed to children under 13, and a person must be at least 18 to submit content or enter into a purchase without a legally authorized adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13.
An adult submitting a party photo that includes a minor must be the parent or legal guardian or have the parent’s or guardian’s express authorization. Contact us to raise a concern about a child’s information.
16. International Processing and Transfers
PLI LLC operates from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where an approved provider operates. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
Where EEA or UK law requires a transfer safeguard, we use an applicable adequacy decision, the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or other valid UK mechanism, or another lawful safeguard. Users may request information about the applicable safeguard through Contact Us.
17. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, providers, or law. The revised Policy will show a new publication or update date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when applicable law requires it.
