This Cookie Policy explains how PLI LLC (“PartyTopiie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on PartyTopiie.com.

1. Scope and Regional Consent Model
Cookies are small files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, scripts, and software tools that recognize a browser, remember a choice, operate a transaction, measure use, or protect a service.
PartyTopiie uses Complianz to apply privacy choices according to the visitor’s region. In the EEA, the UK, and other regions configured for prior consent, Preferences, Statistics, and External media remain off until the visitor makes an affirmative choice. Continuing to browse, closing the banner, or using an essential feature is not consent in those regions.
In eligible U.S. regions, limited Statistics may operate unless the visitor disables them through Privacy choices or sends a recognized opt-out signal. Essential technologies operate where needed to provide a requested feature or protect the Service. PartyTopiie does not sell personal information, use advertising personalization, or use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.
2. Your Choice
In opt-in regions, the first layer provides Accept all, Reject all, and Manage preferences. In eligible U.S. opt-out regions, the first layer provides Continue, and the persistent Privacy choices control allows the visitor to review or change the regional settings.
You may change or withdraw a choice at any time through Privacy choices. Complianz stores the browser’s choice for up to 12 months, after which PartyTopiie asks again when required. PartyTopiie may also retain a limited consent audit record when reasonably necessary to demonstrate the choice and the policy or banner configuration in effect. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the change.
Essential technologies cannot be disabled through Privacy choices because they support a feature you request or protect the Service. You may block them through your browser, but checkout, login, payment, security, or consent controls may then fail.
3. Categories We Use
Essential
Essential technologies maintain cart and checkout state, authenticate users, process payments, prevent fraud, protect security, balance traffic, and remember a cookie choice. They are not used for unrelated analytics, profiling, or advertising.
Stripe and any payment-wallet technology are loaded only where necessary for checkout or fraud prevention, or after the user selects the relevant payment method.
Preferences
Preferences technologies remember optional interface, media, or local feature choices. They remain off where prior consent is required unless the visitor enables them.
Statistics
PartyTopiie uses Google Analytics for basic site-use, shopping-interaction, and performance measurement. It runs after consent in opt-in regions and may run in eligible U.S. opt-out regions unless the visitor disables Statistics or sends a recognized opt-out signal. Google Signals, advertising features, ads personalization, enhanced conversions, and cross-site behavioral profiling are disabled. Google Analytics event-level and user-level data are configured for retention of up to 14 months. This data-retention period is separate from a browser cookie’s lifetime.
External Media
Third-party media may receive device, browser, network, and interaction data when the visitor permits External media or actively loads supported content. User-submission videos remain click-to-load as described below.
PartyTopiie does not currently use advertising cookies or pixels on PartyTopiie.com. We will update this Policy and obtain any legally required choice before enabling them.
4. Current Technologies
Cookie names may include a site-specific suffix. A browser, user setting, or provider may shorten the stated duration.

5. Videos and External Links
Third-party videos on a user-submission page are not loaded when the PartyTopiie page first opens. Each external player connects only after you actively choose to load or play that video. Other supported embeds are controlled by the regional External media setting. Once external content loads, its provider may use cookies or receive device, browser, network, and interaction data under its own policy.
PartyTopiie currently participates only in the Amazon Associates affiliate program. An Amazon link does not by itself allow Amazon to set a cookie on PartyTopiie. After you follow the link, Amazon’s technologies and privacy practices apply on its site.
6. Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and Browser Settings
Where applicable, PartyTopiie respects recognized Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as a rejection or opt-out of optional processing for the browser or device sending the signal. PartyTopiie also treats Global Privacy Control as an opt-out request for sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable, although PartyTopiie does not currently engage in those practices.
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies. Browser controls are separate from PartyTopiie’s Privacy choices and may not communicate a category-specific choice to the site.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy when technologies, purposes, providers, or law change. A materially new non-essential technology will not be activated before this notice and the consent interface are updated and any required choice is obtained.
