User Submission Terms
Effective date: July 20th, 2026
Last updated: July 20th, 2026
Version: 2.0
Policy owner: PLI LLC
These User Submission Terms apply when an adult submits party photos and optional public video links through Submit Your Party. No other route is authorized for public submissions.
1. Eligibility and Country Availability
The submitter must be at least 18 years old and legally able to grant the permissions in these Terms. By submitting, the submitter confirms that the supplied information is accurate and that they are authorized to act for the submitted content and permissions.
PartyTopiie’s goal is to accept eligible submissions from around the world. The form is enabled country by country only after the privacy, content, sanctions, security, and other legal controls relevant to that location are supported. Viewing the form does not guarantee that submission is currently enabled in every country, and a current restriction is not a permanent exclusion.
2. What May Be Submitted
The form may accept:
- One or more JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WebP photos, subject to the photo-count limit displayed on the form and each no larger than 10 MB;
- Optional publicly accessible YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Vimeo video links, subject to the link-count limit displayed on the form; and
- Limited party details, credits, captions, and related context requested by the form.
Do not upload a video file. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, an exact private address, private contact details for another person, medical information, or unrelated sensitive information.
3. Rights and Permissions Confirmed
The submitter represents and warrants that:
- They own the submitted content or have all permissions needed to submit and license it;
- They have permission from the photographer, videographer, or other creator when they are not that creator;
- They have permission from each identifiable adult whose privacy, publicity, or likeness rights may be affected;
- When a minor appears, they are the minor’s parent or legal guardian or have that person’s express authorization;
- Any vendor, venue, product, music, artwork, logo, or other third-party material is used with any permission required for PartyTopiie’s intended publication;
- The submission is not unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, malicious, or rights-infringing; and
- Each linked video is publicly available and may be embedded or referenced as permitted by its hosting platform and these Terms.
4. Ownership
The submitter retains ownership of rights they hold in the submission. These Terms give PLI LLC permission to use selected content; they do not transfer ownership to PLI LLC.
5. Limited License to PartyTopiie
Until the submitter withdraws permission for future use, the submitter grants PLI LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, format, crop, resize, caption, summarize, and make reasonable accessibility or technical adaptations to selected content for:
- PartyTopiie.com;
- PartyTopiie marketing emails;
- PartyTopiie-owned social-media accounts; and
- Internal editorial review, rights verification, security, and recordkeeping.
PLI LLC may allow approved hosting, content-management, email, and social-media service providers to process selected content only as necessary for these uses and under appropriate restrictions. PartyTopiie will not submit the content or related personal information to an external AI service for generation, analysis, training, editing, or publication.
PartyTopiie will not intentionally edit a submission in a way that materially misrepresents the event or contributor.
6. Review, Communications, and Publication
Submission is voluntary and does not guarantee:
- Publication or continued publication;
- A receipt, response, or status email;
- A particular publication date, placement, audience, or level of exposure;
- Attribution or a specific credit format; or
- Points, account credit, cash, a discount, free products, or other compensation.
Submitted content is not published automatically. Authorized editors may approve, reject, publish, unpublish, or remove content, subject to applicable law.
PartyTopiie does not send submission-receipt, selection, rejection, or review-status emails. PartyTopiie may contact the submitter individually only when clarification, permission verification, a rights or safety issue, or a response to the submitter’s own request makes contact reasonably necessary.
7. Minimal Public Fields
If a submission is selected, PartyTopiie may publish only:
- Selected photos;
- Approved public video links, each displayed only through the click-to-load method described below;
- The party title;
- An approved short description or captions;
- The preferred public credit name; and
- Expressly approved photographer or vendor credits.
PartyTopiie will not publish the submitter’s legal name, email address, telephone number, event date, city or country, exact home or event address, social-media handle, additional context, account or order identifier, internal review notes, file metadata, permission records, or unpublished source files.
8. Click-to-Load Videos
Each linked third-party video is displayed behind a click-to-load control. Opening the PartyTopiie page does not by itself connect the visitor to a video platform. An external player loads only after the visitor actively chooses to load or play that video, at which point that platform’s privacy and cookie practices apply.
The submitter should keep linked videos publicly available while they want them included. PartyTopiie is not responsible for a video platform’s availability or actions.
9. Controlled Storage and Retention
The submission is stored in PartyTopiie’s controlled administrative system and is not forwarded through ordinary email. The record may include a unique reference, submission time, review status, permission confirmations, form data, photos, and video links. Only authorized administrators and editors may access original records.
The normal maximum periods are:
- Pending: 90 days after submission;
- Rejected: 90 days after rejection;
- Approved but unpublished: 180 days after approval; and
- Published: While the content remains published or otherwise used under the license.
At the end of the applicable period, PartyTopiie deletes the original content or changes its status as appropriate. A limited permission, withdrawal, security, or legal record may be kept longer when reasonably necessary to document compliance, protect rights, or resolve a dispute.
10. Corrections, Credits, and Withdrawal
The submitter may request a factual correction, credit change, or end to future use through Contact Us. The submitter should provide the submission reference and the email address used for submission so PLI LLC can reasonably verify the request.
After a verified withdrawal, PartyTopiie will stop new uses and remove the content from public pages, active marketing material, working storage, and other copies it reasonably controls within 30 calendar days.
Withdrawal cannot require PartyTopiie to:
- Recall an email already delivered;
- Remove a copy independently reshared, downloaded, or captured by another person;
- Remove a provider cache outside PartyTopiie’s control before that provider’s ordinary refresh cycle;
- Delete an isolated backup immediately;
- Alter a lawful archive or limited record needed for legal, security, permission, rights, or dispute purposes; or
- Undo a use completed before withdrawal.
PartyTopiie may remove public content sooner when law requires it or when reasonably necessary to address privacy, safety, or rights concerns.
11. No Confidential Submission
Do not submit confidential ideas, trade secrets, or material that PartyTopiie must keep confidential. A submission is provided for possible publication under these Terms.
12. Infringement and Complaints
PLI LLC may remove or restrict content in response to a credible privacy, safety, copyright, trademark, publicity-right, or other complaint. Copyright notices must follow the DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy.
13. Privacy
Submission data is handled under the Privacy Policy. The form provides a notice at collection and links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy before submission.
Privacy choices are applied according to the visitor’s region as described in the Cookie Policy. In opt-in regions, analytics and other optional technologies remain off until the visitor consents. In eligible U.S. opt-out regions, limited analytics may operate unless the visitor disables it through Privacy choices or sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal. Linked third-party videos remain subject to the click-to-load controls described in Section 8.
14. Mandatory Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
15. Contact
Questions and verified requests may be submitted through Contact Us or to [email protected].
