At PartyTopiie, we stand behind every purchase. Our Purchase Protection Program ensures that if something goes wrong with your order, we've got your back for all eligible purchases.

What's Covered

PartyTopiie Purchase Protection covers the following situations:

✓ Non-Delivery of Files

If you don't receive your digital files within 48 hours after uploading your customization photos (or 48 hours after purchase for non-customized items), we'll either redeliver your files immediately or provide a full refund.

✓ Corrupted or Unusable Files

If the files you receive are corrupted, won't open, or are in the wrong format, we'll provide replacement files within 12 hours or issue a full refund.

✓ Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive a product that's significantly different from what was advertised (wrong theme, wrong design, or missing components), we'll send you the correct product or provide a full refund.

✓ Customization Errors (Our Fault)

If our design team makes an error that wasn't present in your approved proof (misspellings, wrong photos, incorrect dates), we'll fix it for free within 12 hours or provide a full refund.

✓ Poor Print Quality (Design Issues)

If the design has resolution or quality issues that affect printing (blurry images, pixelation not caused by user's printer), we'll provide improved files or a refund.

✓ Payment Processing Errors

If you're charged multiple times for the same order or charged an incorrect amount, we'll refund the difference immediately.

✓ Unauthorized Purchases

If someone makes an unauthorized purchase using your account, report it within 60 days and we'll investigate and refund if verified.

What's NOT Covered

To maintain fair use of the program, the following are not covered:

✗ Customer Error in Customization

Spelling mistakes, wrong dates, or incorrect information that you provided and approved in the proof are your responsibility. We can make corrections for an additional fee.

✗ Printer or Paper Issues

Problems with your printer settings, ink quality, paper type, or cutting/assembly are not covered. We provide detailed printing instructions to help you succeed.

✗ Change of Mind

Once you've downloaded your files, we cannot issue refunds for changes of mind, different design preferences, or deciding you don't need the product anymore.

✗ Lost or Deleted Files

If you delete or lose your files, we can provide re-download links within 30 days as a courtesy, but this doesn't qualify for a refund.

✗ Low-Quality Source Photos

If you provide low-resolution or poor-quality photos for customization, we'll do our best but cannot guarantee perfect results. This is not covered by protection.

✗ Design Elements Shown in Preview

If colors, fonts, layouts, or design elements were clearly visible in the product preview before purchase, dissatisfaction with these elements is not covered.

✗ Software or Device Compatibility

Issues opening files due to your device, software version, or lack of required programs (like PDF readers) are not covered, though we'll provide support to help you.

Time Limits and Eligibility

Claim Window

  • You must file a claim within 14 days of your purchase date
  • For non-delivery issues, claims must be filed at least 48 hours after expected delivery time
  • For customization errors, claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving files
  • For unauthorized purchases, report within 60 days of the transaction

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must have made purchase directly through PartyTopiie.com
  • Must have a valid order number and receipt
  • Must provide evidence of the issue (screenshots, error messages, photos, etc.)
  • Must have attempted to resolve the issue with our support team first
  • Must not have violated our Terms of Service

How to File a Claim

If you believe you have an eligible issue, follow these steps:

Email us at support@partytopiie.com with your order number and description of the issue. Many problems can be resolved quickly!

Provide Documentation

Include screenshots, error messages, photos of print results, or any other evidence of the issue. The more details you provide, the faster we can help.

Wait for Response

Our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours. We'll either resolve the issue immediately, request additional information, or explain why the claim doesn't qualify.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we'll either provide replacement files, corrections, or process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• This Purchase Protection Program is provided as a courtesy and additional benefit beyond our standard Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

• PartyTopiie reserves the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.

• Customers who repeatedly file unqualified claims may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

• We reserve the right to modify this program at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the change date.

• This protection applies only to purchases made directly through PartyTopiie.com and not through third-party marketplaces.

• Acceptance of any resolution (replacement files, refund) is considered final settlement of the claim.

• This program does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
