Delivery Timeline

24-Hour Standard

For customized products, delivery occurs within 24 hours after the seller receives all required information from you.

If you later change, replace, or add required customization details (for example, uploading a different photo or updating names/dates), the 24-hour delivery window restarts once the updated information is received and confirmed as complete.

For ready-made templates (non-customized products), you may receive instant access immediately after purchase.

Note: The 24-hour timeframe begins when all required customization details (such as photos, names, and dates) have been submitted, not from the initial order time.

No Physical Products

Important Information

  • PartyTopiie does not sell physical products
  • We do not ship physical items to your address
  • All products are digital files designed for you to download and print yourself
  • No shipping fees, no waiting for delivery trucks
  • You are responsible for printing your files at home or at a professional print shop

How to Access Your Files

You can access your digital files through:

  • Email: Check your inbox for an email from PartyTopiie with a download link
  • Account Dashboard: Log in to your account and visit the "My Orders" or "Downloads" section
  • Order Confirmation Page: Download links may also appear on your order confirmation page

Tip: Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
