  • Fix any file errors within 12 hours if we spot a mistake.
  • Reply to our support team within 12 hours to keep buyers happy.

FAQ

How fast do I have to deliver?

For customized orders, the standard is within 24 hours after you receive all required buyer data (photo/details).

Do I need to talk to customers?

Usually no—PartyTopiie is the main support channel. If we need a fix or clarification, we’ll contact you and expect a response within 12 hours.

What if there’s a mistake in the file?

If a file is defective (corrupted, wrong format, missing components), corrected files must be provided within 12 hours of our request.

Do I need to provide source files?

No. You only provide product images and product specs/requirements. This protects your design work and intellectual property.

Will you help with my product listings?

Yes! We provide guidance and optimization for your listing content to help attract buyers and maximize sales.
