Refund Policy for Digital Products
PartyTopiie sells digital products, including customized digital files (for example, print-ready PDFs/PNGs made using the information you submit such as names, dates, messages, and photos).
Because our products are digital, there are no physical returns (no return address, no shipping labels, and no packaging requirements).
Our Promise: Revise Until You're Happy
If something isn't right—or you simply don't love the result—please contact us. We will coordinate with the seller to revise your digital file until you're satisfied.
Issues we treat as fixable include (but are not limited to): formatting problems, missing elements, resolution/quality issues, spelling mistakes, color differences, or subjective preferences.
How to Request Help, Revisions, Cancellation, or a Refund
Please email support@partytopiie.com and include your order number and a short description of what you want (revision, cancellation, or refund). If applicable, please include screenshots or notes so we can resolve things faster.
When You Can Cancel
- Before customization begins: You can request cancellation at any time, including if you decide not to proceed or you no longer want to provide customization details.
When Refunds Are Issued
Our standard approach is help first, refund if needed.
- We can't fulfill the order: If we are unable to deliver what was purchased, we will refund.
- Duplicate/incorrect charge: If you were charged incorrectly, we will investigate and refund as appropriate.
If a refund is issued, your access to the refunded digital files may be removed and any license to use those files is terminated. You agree to delete any refunded files you may have downloaded.
Refund Timing
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days.

Disputes / Chargebacks
If you have a payment dispute or believe a chargeback is necessary, please contact us first at support@partytopiie.com and we'll work with you to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback may delay resolution while the payment provider investigates.
